SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with GAIRA Crystals. Each order is carefully prepared and shipped from China with tracking.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, selected destinations in Europe, and selected destinations in Asia.
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the customer’s destination.

FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $60 USD or more.
The order subtotal must reach $60 after discounts and before any applicable taxes or duties. Express shipping is not included in the free shipping offer and may be selected for an additional fee at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping confirmation is sent.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
International shipments may experience delays caused by customs inspections, local postal services, severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country or region.
Unless these charges are shown and collected at checkout, they are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient. GAIRA Crystals does not control or determine charges imposed by local customs authorities.
Please check your local import requirements before placing an order.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you need to correct your address, please contact us as soon as possible at gairacrystals@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
GAIRA Crystals is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.
DELAYED OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be delayed, please contact us at gairacrystals@gmail.com with your order number.
We will assist you in reviewing the tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier when appropriate.
