Are your gemstones natural?

Our jewelry is made with natural gemstone beads and the materials specified on each product page. Because gemstones are formed naturally, color, pattern, texture, translucency, inclusions, and shape may vary slightly from piece to piece.

Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is created to maintain the same overall design, color palette, and quality shown in our product images. However, natural variations mean that no two gemstones will be completely identical. These differences are not considered defects—they are part of what makes each piece unique.

What is included with my order?

Packaging details are listed on each product page. Most GAIRA pieces include an eco-friendly jewelry box, polishing cloth, and biodegradable velvet pouch, making them suitable for gifting or personal storage.

SIZING

How do I choose the correct bracelet size?

Please measure your wrist before ordering and review the measurements shown on the individual product page.

For products offered in standard sizes:

S: Fits wrists approximately 15–16cm (5.9–6.3")

M: Fits wrists approximately 17–18cm (6.7–7.1")

Some designs are offered in One Size and may have a different fit range. Always follow the sizing information listed on the specific product page.

How do I measure my wrist?

Wrap a flexible measuring tape comfortably around your wrist where you would normally wear your bracelet. Keep the tape close to your skin without pulling it too tightly.

If you do not have a measuring tape, use a strip of paper or string, mark where the ends meet, and measure it against a ruler.

Can I return or exchange an item if I selected the wrong size?

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size information before ordering. We do not offer returns or exchanges solely because an incorrect size was selected or because the item does not fit as expected.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where do you ship from?

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from China.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

How long will shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

For United States orders:

Standard Shipping: approximately 7–10 business days

Express Shipping: approximately 5–7 business days

Shipping estimates for other available destinations are displayed at checkout and listed in our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $60 USD or more after discounts and before applicable taxes or duties.

Express shipping is not included in the free shipping offer.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Can I change my shipping address?

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled or shipped. Custom-made, personalized, or size-adjusted orders may not be cancelled after production has begun.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

What is your return policy?

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the order being marked as delivered.

Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns that are not caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email gairacrystals@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Keep your jewelry away from water, perfume, lotions, household chemicals, and prolonged direct sunlight. Remove it before sleeping, exercising, swimming, showering, or bathing.

Wipe the piece gently with a soft cloth after wear and store it separately in a dry place to reduce scratches and friction.
